Hello and welcome to this video. Today I’m going to review the IMI defense style holster sent by our partner: Airsoftpeak. You can find it under the reference 10994. In this package, you’ll find a belt holster and a belt dual mag pouch.
The holster has all the original markings, from the “1911” to the IMI defense logo. The markings are also on the mag pouch. This article is only available in tan. It’s made of nylon fiber, making it solid and flexible.
The coating is mat. IMI defense’s holsters are known for their 360° rotating capabilities. The system is well reproducted, as you can adjust the angle by unscrewing this screw. I’ll try to holster my Airsoft Surgeon custom MEU.
As you can see, the Nova metal kit is compatible. It’s a level 2 holster, which means it has an active retention. The button allows you to take it off easily and quickly. The holster is also compatible with this Western Arms based custom (with a Prime metal kit).
It’s a bit hard to holster this Army V12. This Western Arms NHC AAC custom is not compatible with the holster. THe holster is compatible with railed 1911 like this Custom made Kimber Tactical Entry II.
The mag pouches don’t have any active retention. They’re compatible with TM mags. Western Arms magazines are also compatible. Even if it has a passive retention, the magazines won’t fall easily. To wear it, you just have to put it on your belt.
That’s the same for the holster. I don’t have any rigger belt for the video, but even this Quiksilver belt does the job. Even if I’m really not the fastest, this set allows me to do fast transitions and reloads.
Thanks for watching this video, I hope you enjoyed it!
